Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain
Limited have made an application under Section
17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
Peterborough City Council for a Premises Licence
for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Unit 4, Hampton
Avenue, Peterborough, PE7 8QH for sale of
alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises
during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
Anyone wishing to make representations
concerning this application should do so in writing
to: Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section,
Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays,
Peterborough, PE2 8TY. Representations in
respect of this application must reach the Licensing
Authority by no later than 08/12/2025. Persons
wishing to inspect the register or the record of this
application may do so by attending the office of the
Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to
Friday inclusive or online here
peterborough.gov.uk/business/licensing_and_
permits/licensing_act_2003/public_register.aspx.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with an application,
for which a fine of an unlimited amount is payable
upon summary conviction.
