NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Carmetta Briscoe to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as Liquor & Spice which are situated at 18 Market Square, High Street, Cradley Heath B64 5HH. The proposed application is as follows:
 Recorded Music - Indoors: 23:00 – 00:00 Sunday – Thursday, 23:00 – 02:00 Friday & Saturday. If Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day and Boxing Day falls on a Sunday to Thursday, the hours will be extended to 02:00.
 Late Night Refreshment – Both (Delivery off the premises only): 23:00 – 00:00 Sunday – Thursday, 23:00 – 02:00 Friday & Saturday. If Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day and Boxing Day falls on a Sunday to Thursday, the hours will be extended to 02:00.
 Sale/Supply of alcohol – Both On & Off Premises (Delivery off the premises only): 07:00 – 23:30 Sunday – Thursday, 07:00 – 01:30 Friday & Saturday. If Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day and Boxing Day falls on a Sunday to Thursday, the hours will be extended to 01:30.
A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
