What is proposed?
I, Tammy Nutley give notice that I/we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Chings Alley Beer and Wine Cellar, No 3 Chings Alley, Launceston, Cornwall, PL15 9TD.
The application is to Supply alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday – Sunday during the hours of 11:00 – 20:00.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 9/12/2025.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’.
Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01872 324210.It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
