Regulation 25 Notice

TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I/We The Festivals Group LTD do hereby give notice that it is my/ our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as:- Stanmer Park, Brighton, BN1 9RG for the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: Provision of Films, Provision of Live Music, Provision of Recorded Music, Provision of Performances of Dance, Provision of The Sale of Alcohol & Anything of A Similar Description To These Activities From 14:00 To 23:00 (Friday) 11:00 To 23:00 (Saturday) 11:00 to 22:30 (Sunday) and Festival Opening Times 12:00 To 23:30 (Friday) 09:00 To 23:30 Saturday 09:00 To 23:00 Sunday 25th to 27th September 2026 and then on one occasion per calendar year between 1 September and 1 October, on a New Time Limited Premises Application for a 4 year period, until the end October 2029. Commencing in 2026, to allow 3 (consecutive) days to be permitted, these days being Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

*In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, provisional statement, variation, should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 2nd December 2025 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
