NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by TSA Retail
Limited to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises
known as Tower Road Convenience Store which are situated at 7 Tower
Road, Tividale, Oldbury, B69 1ND. The proposed application is as follows:
Retail sale of alcohol (Off Sales Only): Monday to Saturday 08:00 – 23:00,
Sunday 09:00 – 22:30. A record of the application may be inspected at
General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury,
B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Any
representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the
application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Place
Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5
(unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with the application.
