Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Box of Goodness Ltd have applied for the grant of a Premises Licence at Box of Goodness, 64-64A High Street, Newport, TF10 7BA to permit: the sale of alcohol (on the premises only) Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 10pm and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm as stated in the application.
The application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing Service, Telford & Wrekin Council, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA. Please contact Licensing to make an appointment on
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later than 2 nd December 2025.
The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
