Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended by the Policing and Crime Act 2009


Notice is given that Neil Wright applied to Boston Borough Council on the 6th day of November 2025 for a grant of a licence to use the premises at: The Pool Shed, Rear of Marsh Farm Cottage, Frampton Road, Frampton, Boston, PE20 1AY
as a Sex Cinema / Sexual Entertainment Venue
The Proposed days and hours of operating will be: Friday & Saturday 11am - 2am, Wednesday, Thursday & Tuesday 11am - 12pm, Sunday 11am - 10pm. Closed Monday except Bank Holiday
The Premises will provide the following entertainment: Sexual Entertainment Venue
Objections
Any person who wishes to object to this application must give notice in writing of his objection to the Principal Licensing & Land Charges Officer, Boston Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, PE21 8QR within 28 days of the date of application. Objectors must state the general grounds of their objections. The Council will NOT reveal the names of the objectors without their consent.
