You are advised that the above application has been received by the West Berkshire District Council. The full application may be viewed by appointment at; Public Protection Partnership (Licensing) Theale Library, Church Street, Theale, Berkshire RG7 5BZ licensing@westberks.gov.uk Anyone likely to be affected by the application or a responsible authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 1st December 2025 Representations will not be accepted after this date. Date of notice: 3rd November 2025 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
