UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
VRS Services Ltd is applying for a Premises
Licence at Londis 261 Whitehall Road Leeds
LS12 6ER. If GRANTED the application will allow:
Sales of Alcohol OFF the Premises Monday –
Sunday 00:00 – 23:59 Late Night Refreshment
Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 05:00.
Any person, who wishes to make a representation,
must do so in writing, preferably by email to:

made in writing within 28 days from the date of this
notice by midnight on 28th November 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing
act 2003, to make a false statement in or in
connection with this application. Those who make
a false statement may be liable on summary
conviction to a fine of any amount.
