What is proposed?
Public Notice of an application for a Premises Licence under s 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that application was made to Harrow Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 27 October 2025 and will commence its consultation on the 28 October 2025.
Applicant: Rileys Sports Limited.
Address of premises: 399 Northolt Road, South Harrow, Harrow, HA2 8JE.
Proposed licensable activities: sale of alcohol - consumption on premises, late night refreshment (LNR), recorded music & (dancing) i.e. + anything of a similar nature falling within (e),(f) or (g). Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: consumption of alcohol on the premises 12:00 until 24:00 hours; LNR 23:00 until 24:00 hours; recorded music 12:00 until 23:30 hours; (dancing) i.e.+ anything similar nature falling within (e),(f) or (g) Fri & Sat 18.00 to 23.30 hrs.
The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected by appointment is: Licensing Team, Harrow Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, Harrow, HA1 2UT. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the 24 November 2025. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the offence is punishable on summary conviction on or after that day by a fine of any amount.
