Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Uxbridge UB8 1UW in writing by 27th Nov 2025. Copies of representations are sent to the applicant and the original letters are kept on file, which is open to scrutiny by members of the public, press and/or the broadcasting media. Persons making representations in respect of the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a Committee of the Council. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and any person found guilty of this offence is liable upon conviction to an unlimited fine.
