I Philip Samuel hereby give notice that I have made an application to the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Philip Samuel of Former Cwmafan Multi Gym, Cwmavon, Welfare Ground, Depot Road, SA12 9DF.
For the following licensable activities
The sale & retail of alcohol between the hours of 8:00 - 21:00 Mon-Sun.
A record of this application may be inspected (by appointment) Monday to Friday, between 9am - 4pm at the offices of: -
