between the hours of 9.30a.m and 4.00p.m from Monday
to Friday inclusive at the offices of the Licensing Section,
Merthyr Tydfil C.B.C, Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr
Tydfil, CF47 8AN. Any interested party or responsible
authority may make representations in respect of the
application, which must be provided, in writing, to the
above address by the 25th November 2025 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.00
