What is proposed?

This is a public notice in respect of an application for a:
VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to
the Stoke on Trent City Council by Jonathan Bate For
BRU 23, Campbell Place, Stoke, Stoke on Trent ST4 1NH.
Brief description of the proposed variation
To vary the opening times of the premises to 08:00 until
23:30 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 until 00:30 Fridays
and Saturdays and to vary the times for the supply of
alcohol and regulated entertainment to 08:00 until 23:00
Sunday to Thursday and to 08:00 until 00:00 Fridays and
Saturdays

representation to the City Council about this application you
should do so in writing or e-mail on or before 3rd December
2025 To Licensing Services, C/O The Weighbridge Lodge,

hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk.
Any representations received will be available for public
inspection under the Local Government (Access to
Information) Act, 1985.
Please note it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make
a false statement in connection with an application and
could incur a maximum fine of £5000.
