Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation to a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
We Jade Foods Pvt Ltd hereby give notice that an
application was made to Brentwood Borough Council on the
4TH November 2025 for the Variation of a Premises
Licence to operate a premises at: Jade Foods Ewing
House, 130 Kings Road, Brentwood, CM14 4EQ from
which the following licensable activities are proposed.
The Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption off the
premises 24 hours a day, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Details of the application may be inspected, free of charge,
at Licensing Authority Brentwood Borough Council, Town
Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex CM15 8AY or on line
at www.brentwood.gov.uk.
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make
representations in writing to the Licensing Section within 28
Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as
detailed above. The last day for representations being the
02/12/2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and a person
may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
