LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

What is proposed?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a
Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation
has been made by Ka-Keung Tsang to North East
Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises known as China
Town, 75 High Street, Waltham, DN37 0LT.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at
the premises are: late night refreshment and the sale of
alcohol by retail for consumption both on and off the
premises.
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices
of The Licensing Team, NE Lines Council, Doughty Road
Depot, Doughty Road, Grimsby, DN32 0LL, during normal
office hours.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible
authorities regarding the application must be made in
writing to the Licensing Team, NE Lines Council at the
above address by midnight 01/12/2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to
Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with the application.
