What is proposed?

PRESS NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
I (1) Emma Ellis give notice that I/we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for (2) the variation of a Club Premises Certificate in respect of (3) Illogan Royal British Legion Association Football and Social Club limited, Oxland Parc, Richards Lane, Illogan, Redruth, Cornwall, TR16 4DQ
The application is to : (4) consumption of alcohol in the outside area
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than (5) 27/11/2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
