Public Notice Licensing Act 2003 (Section 17) Application for premises licence
What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given, that an application was made to
Leicester City Council for a premises licence under the
above Act. Applicant Highcross Classic Limited for The Thai
Classic 54 Highcross St, Leicester LE1 4NN. Proposed
Licensable Activities Monday to Sunday. Sale of Alcohol on
the premises and recorded music 1200 - 2300 hrs.

register is kept and the application may be inspected is:
Customer Service Centre, 91 Granby Street, Leicester, LE1
6FB. Any person wishing to make representations on this
matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature of such
representations before 03/12/2025 to the Licensing Officer,
City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ within 28
days of the date of the application above. Further details on

Authorities website www.leicester.gov.uk or from the
Licensing Team on 0116 454 3030.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
