Notice of Application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

What is proposed?

Application is made by Modern Sushi Ancoats Ltd. for Muay Thai Tapas, 44 Blossom Street, Manchester, M4 6BF for Thai restaurant eating in and taking away, sale of alcohol (on/off the premises), opening hours and alcohol serving hour between Monday-Sunday 11:00-23:00.
Representations shall be made in writing to Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall. Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA, or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk on or before: 01/12/2025
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
