What is proposed?

I, Jame Beck, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at Black Market, Prince Regent Street, Stockton. TS18 1DB
The application is to amend the downstairs floor plan and increase the licensed area.
Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing by 27 November 2025 and sent to: The Licensing Service, Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton on Tees. TS18 1LD.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Licensing Service, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton on Tees. TS18 1LD between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm or on the website.
