What is proposed?

We MT Portfolio One Limited hereby give notice that an application was made to Isle of Anglesey County Council on the 30th October 2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: The Tall Trees Hotel, Tan Y Bryn Road, Amlwch, LL68 9TH from which the following licensable activities are proposed.
Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 11:00 to 23:00 hours Sunday to Thursday, and 11:00 to 00:00 Friday and Saturday and Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday.

Late Night Refreshment is for residents only.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Gwarchod y Cyhoedd/Public Protection Trwyddedau/Licensing Section Gwarchod y Cyhoedd/Public Protection Mill Street Llangefni LL77 7TW or by email to licensing@ynysmon.llyw.cymru. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 27/11/2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
