What is proposed?

FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that we, Hilton BevCo Ltd have applied on 29 October 2025 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as The retail unit, Red Cow Yard, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6DG for a Premises Licence to provide the following licensable activities: Film, Live music, Recorded music, Late night refreshment and supply of alcohol for sale on and off the premises.

All Licensable activities for both indoor and outdoor: Monday & Tuesday 12:00 to 22:00 Wednesday 12:00 to 23:00 Thursday to Saturday 12:00 to 23:59 Sunday 12:00 to 23:00 Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 26 November 2025 Licensing Team Cheshire East Council, Regulatory Services and Health, C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL Or by e-mail to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
