Notice of Application to Wigan Council

An application for a New Premises Licence has been made by T. J. MORRIS LIMITED for the premises known as Home Bargains 49 Kirkhall Lane Leigh WN7 1SA. The application seeks to Sale of Alcohol (Off the Premises): Monday–Sunday 07:00 to 23:00.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council’s website: www

Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
