Westhoughton Cricket Club has made an application to Bolton Council for a new Premises licence for: Westhoughton Cricket Club, St Georges Oval”, Cappadocia Way, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 2GG. The details of the application are as follows:

Monday – Friday 08:00 - 00:00,

Saturday 10:00 - 01:00 and

Sunday 10:00 – 00:00

Late night refreshment:

Monday – Sunday: 23:00 – 00:00

Both on and off premises – outdoor will stop at 22:00

Sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption ON & OFF the premises):

Monday - Thursday 10:00 – 00:00,

Friday and Saturday 10:00 – 01:00,

Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 00:00,

The application can be viewed at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive.

Any representations to the Council regarding the application to be made during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council. The last day for representations to be made is 27.11.2025.

All representations must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Team in writing or via email.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
