NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Hastings Borough Council for a
Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 555 Sedlescombe
Road North, St Leonards-on-Sea, Hastings, TN37 7PB.
The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of
alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the
week between 06:00 and 00:00. Written representations can
be made to the Licensing Authority at Hastings Borough
Council, Head of Environment & Place, Muriel Matters
House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY, or email
at any time up to and including
1st December 2025. The application can be viewed by pre-
arranged appointment at our offices, during office hours.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
