What is proposed?
An application has been made by Antonino Musumeci to the Licensing Authority for Wealden District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Heatherbank, The Broadway, Crowborough, TN6 1DE
The application is for the following Licensable Activities:
Sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Wealden DC, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX or email licensing@rother.gov.uk not later than 25th November 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; on summary conviction for the offence the maximum fine for which a person is liable is unlimited.
