What is proposed?

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the LicensingAuthority of Erewash Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Nags Head Inn at Wilne Road, Sawley, Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire, NG10 3AU.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. To extend the hours for licensable activities (sale of alcohol (on and off), films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything of a similar description to the performance of dance and live and recorded music) on Sundays to 10:00 until 23:00 hours.
2. To extend the opening hours of the premises to 10:00 until 23:30 hours on Sundays.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 28 November 2025 (www.erewash.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
