What is proposed?

Application has been made by Chopstix Restaurant Limited to the Licensing Authority of Hull City Council (www.hullcc.gov.uk) for a Premises Licence for the Chopstix at 29 - 31 King Edward Street, Hull, HU1 3RL.
The application includes the following terms:
1. To enable late night refreshment between 23:00 and 04:00 the following mornings Mondays to Sundays.
Anyone wishing to oppose or comment on this application must give notice in writing to Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston Upon Hull, HU9 1DB or Liquor@hullcc.gov.uk no later than 28 November 2025
A record of the application & register is kept at 33 Witham and may be inspected during office hours.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
