What is proposed?

Application has been made by Chopstix Restaurant Limited to the Licensing Authority of Kirklees Council for a Premises Licence for Chopstix at 33 - 37 King Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2PZ.

The application includes the following terms:
1. To enable late night refreshment between 23:00 and 04:00 the following mornings Mondays to Sundays.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority to the above address or to licensing@kirklees.gov.uk at any time up to and including 28 November 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
