LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: I Ahmet Karabacak do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at The London Borough of Bromley for a variation of a Premises Licence at:

27a Station Square Petts Wood BR5 1LZ and known as JASMINE. The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol off the premises between the hours of 8am and 11pm Monday to Saturday, 9am and 9pm Sunday as part of a Grocery shop.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing, London Borough of Bromley, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, and may also be sent via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk

Not later than Date Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours; or on the Council’s website: www.bromley.gov.uk

(Search applications). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary of conviction is unlimited.
