What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - Application for
Variation of a Premises License

Greenlands Labour Club, 4 Chatburn Rd,
Preston, PR2 6BJ
I, Michelle Anderson hereby give notice that I have
applied for a Variation of the Premises License in
respect of the above premises. The proposed
variation is to authorise licensable activities from
the earlier start time of 09:00. (Currently 11:00).
The application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during
normal office hours or at

www.preston.gov.uk.

Any
interested party or Responsible Authority may
make representation to the Council about the
application. Such representations must be in
writing and made no later than the 25th of
November 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on
summary conviction to a fine not exceeding
£5,000.
