What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Lisa Quance has applied for a Premises Licence
in respect of premises known as the LATaphouse, 4 Anson Street, Rugeley,
WS15 2BB. It is proposed as follows:- To permit the sale of alcohol
Monday to Saturday from 12.00 to 23.00 hours and Sundays from 12.00
until 22.00 hours. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices
of Cannock Chase District Council Licensing Authority, Licensing Unit
Civic Buildings, Beecroft Road Cannock Cannock WS11 1BG

between normal office hours. This application
was lodged with Cannock Chase District Council Licensing Authority on
30th October 2025 and any representations must be made in writing to
Cannock Chase District Council Licensing Authority at the above address
no later than 27th November 2025.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false
statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false
statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
