Application For A Premises Licence

Ashover Brew Co Limited has applied to North East Derbyshire District Council for a Premises Licence for: Unit 1a Kershaw Building, Derby Road, Clay Cross, S45 0BU to sell or supply alcohol between the following hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Saturday (not on Sundays or public holidays) to coincide with the opening hours of the premises.
Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by not later than 27 November to the Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, District Council Offices, Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6NG or by e-mailing

licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk.

The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to contact the Licensing Section beforehand on 01246 217884 / 217885 to arrange an appointment. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to fine of up to £5,000 on summary conviction.
