What is proposed?
We Cornwall Group Ltd of Bourdeaux Shop, hereby give notice that we have applied to vary a Premises Licence in respect of Bourdeaux Shop, 2 The Parade, St Mary's, Isles of Scilly, TR21 0LP as follows:-
To amend our Sunday approved licensing hours related to the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, from 10.00am - 22.30pm to 8.00am - 21.00pm.
No other changes are applied for other than those listed above.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Dept, Council of the Isles of Scilly, Town Hall, St Marys, Isles of Scilly, TR21 0LW or by emailing licensing@ scilly.gov.uk by not later than the 21st of November 2025.
