What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited has applied in respect of KFC Prestwich, Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 3AJ for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Opening Hours
09:30 to 05:00 the following morning every day of the week.
After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery/drive thru service only.
No customers will be permitted in the premises after midnight
Late Night Refreshment
23:00 to 00:00 – for customers collecting or dining in (restaurant)
23:00 to 05:00 – for drive thru and delivery collection.
After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery/drive thru service only.
No customers will be permitted in the premises after midnight

Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: 1 December 2025 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
