What is proposed?

PREMISES The Tower, Uptin House, Stepney Road, Newcastle NE2 1TZ Notice is given that P.
Porter Property Holdings Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 4th November
2025 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities: - Films
and recorded music:- 08:00 to 00:00 hrs daily. Supply of alcohol:- 10:00 to 00:00 hrs daily.
Late night refreshment:- 23:00 to 00:30 hrs daily. Seasonal variations apply as set out in the
application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give
notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation,
Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 3rd December
2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the
above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the
Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a
person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
