What is proposed?

Application has been made by STREAMZSTUDIO
LTD to the Licensing Authority of Sandwell
Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises
Licence for Streamz Studio, Unit 1, Ruskin Place,
Birmingham, B66 1NS. The proposed licensable
activity are: Live Music, Recorded Music each
day of the week between 23:00 and 05:00 & The
sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the
premises each day of the week between 12:00
and 05:00. A record of the application may be
inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell
Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69
3DE, during normal office hours Monday to
Friday. Written representations by interested
parties or responsible authorities regarding
the application must be made in writing to:
General Licensing Team, Place Directorate,
Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury
B69 3DE or via email using licensing_Team@
sandwell.gov.uk at any time up to and including
02nd December 2025. It is an offence for
anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with a Licence
Application. The maximum fine on summary
conviction is Level 5. Dated 04th November 2025
