NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Hotel Chocolat 62 Orchard Street, Didcot OX11 7LG

Notice is given that Hotel Chocolat Retail Limited has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable activities are: The Supply of Alcohol Both On And Off The Premises Monday To Sunday 08.00AM until 21.00PM

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 21st November 2025. The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council’s website at www.southoxon.gov.uk.
