Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Standish Lodge Ltd Have Applied to: Stroud District Council for a New Premises Licence for: Standish Gatehouse, Horsemarling Lane, Standish, Gloucestershire GL10 3BZ Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Both On and Off Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (08:00-22:30) Regulated Entertainment (Films): Mon-Sun (10:00-22:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 1 December 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Section, Environmental Health, Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill Westward Road Stroud Glos. GL5 4UB, Phone 01453 754440 OR email: licensing@stroud.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.stroud.gov.uk

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
