Notice is hereby given that Galatumbage Oshan Wimanga Ratnayake of 14 Victor Road, Colwyn Bay LL29 7TN has applied to Conwy County Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of: Mamma Rosa Restaurant, 11 Mostyn Avenue, Llandudno, LL30 1YS
The application is to permit the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment at the above premises.
Any person wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing to:
The Licensing Section Conwy County Borough Council Bodlondeb, Conwy LL32 8DU. Representations must be received no later than 12 November 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Persons found guilty of such an offence are liable to a fine of up to £5,000.
