What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Application for a Major Variation to a Premises Licence

An application has been made by Spirit Bar Ltd for a major variation to the premises licence for Hanks, 36-37 Queen Street Oxford OX1 1ER.

The application provides for extension of the terminal hour to 03.00 every day for all licensable activities.

Representations may be made by interested parties and Responsible Authorities to the Licensing Authority at licensing service, Town Hall, St Aldate's, Oxford, OX1 1BX. Any representations relating to the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address or at licensing@oxford.gov.uk no later than 25th November 2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
