Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Limited has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Hill Street, Blackburn, BB1 3HF.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

1. The provision of Late-Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays.

2. The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.
