Notice is hereby given that Mufasa Gourmet Ltd, 44 Church Street, Seaham, SR7 7HF, has applied to Durham County Council for a Premises Licence to permit: Sale of alcohol (on-sales only): Sunday–Thursday 10:00–23:00, Friday–Saturday 10:00–00:00. Live & recorded music (and similar): Friday–Saturday 23:00–00:00. Additional hours (music): Christmas Eve & Boxing Day: 23:00–00:30, New Year’s Eve: 23:00–02:00, Valentine’s Day, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday & Bank Holiday Weekends: 23:00–00:00.
Anyone wishing to make representations must do so in writing by 26 November 2025 to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley, DH8 1HG or email

licensing@durham.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
