HACI AHMET ILIK (OCEAN 56 RESTAURANTS AND CATERING LTD) has applied to Dacorum Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence, in respect of the following premises: THE BREEZE, 60 HIGH STREET, TRING, HP23 5AG which would authorise the following licensable activities: SALE OF ALCOHOL ON AND OFF, LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT, RECORDED MUSIC (BACKGROUND) FROM 11:00 TO 23:30 MONDAY TO SUNDAY AND FROM 11:00 TO 01:00 THE FOLLOWING DAY ON 31 DECEMBER OF EACH YEAR.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
