What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Pizzarova Limited has applied in respect of Pizzarova, 24 Westgate Street, Bath, BA1 1EP for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Opening Hours
Monday to Saturday 0900 to 2300. Sunday 1030 to 2230.

Sale of alcohol (on and off sales)
Monday to Saturday 1030 to 2300. Sunday 1100 to 2230.

All representations regarding this application must be in writing and sent to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or emailed to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 24 November 2025.

Any representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
