I ‘Peppinos Newport Ltd’ of 172 Chepstow Road, Newport, NP19 8EG’ hereby give notice that we are applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below:
Late Night Refreshment – Mon-Sun - 23.00 - 01.00
The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 25th November 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
