What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited has applied in respect of Feathers, 34 Church Street, Rickmansworth WD3 1DJ for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number TFL 01, Rev B. The changes include the an extension to the existing garden area to include two covered gazebo, an external bar servery and function room. To remove conditions which are no longer relevant to the business or covered by other legislation. Additional conditions have been proposed including, but limited to, staff training, incident and refusals log, monitoring of external areas, and challenge 21 policy. The opening hours and licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered.

Further details on how to make a valid representation are on the Licensing Authorities website www.threerivers.gov.uk/services/licensing/licence-register

. The final day for representations to be received by is 18 November 2025. The full application can be viewed at the above address of the Licensing Authority Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm excluding bank holidays.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
