NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that R & V DRINKS LIMITED have applied for a premises licence in relation to R & V Drinks, Unit D3, The Seedbed Centre, Davidson Way, Romford, RM7 0AZ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Supply Of Alcohol, off the premises: Sunday to Wednesday - 10:00-02:00, Thursday to Sunday 10:00-05:00 Opening Hours: Sunday to Wednesday 01:00-02:00, Thursday to Sunday 01:00-05:00

The register of the licensing authority is kept at the address below. Full details of the application can be inspected at this address during normal business hours. A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority Town Hall Main Road Romford, Essex RM1 3BD website www.havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by 19/11/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
