What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003: Application to
vary Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Clokken
Limited has applied in respect of KFC,
Thamesmead, 2 Twin Tumps Way, London,
SE28 8RD for an application to vary the
premises licence under the Licensing Act
2003 to permit the following: To amend
the premises licence hours. The new
hours shall be as follows: Opening Hours:
Monday – Thursday 09:30 – 00:00
(currently 11:00 – 23:00), Friday &
Saturday 09:30 – 00:00 (currently 11:00 -
00:00), Sunday 09:30 – 00:00 (currently
12:00 – 23:00). Drive Thru Hours: 09:30
– 03:00 (the following morning) for drive
thru and delivery collection. No customer
access into the restaurant after midnight.
Late Night Refreshment: Monday –
Sunday 23:00 – 00:00 for customers
collecting or dining in, Monday – Sunday
23:00 – 03:00 (the following morning) for
drive thru and delivery collection. No
customer access into the restaurant after
midnight. Current conditions are to be
removed from the licence and replaced
with a new set of conditions. For a full list

the application using the details below.
The plans shall also be updated, so that
drawing number TM24-KC/L100
(submitted with the application) is now
the correct plan. Representations to this
application must be made in writing, by
the end of 27 November 2025, to the
