LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that SMG Hospitality Limited has applied to Islington Council on 16 October 2025 for a new premises licence for 98 Farringdon Road, London EC1R 3EA.

The application is to permit: (1) Sales of Alcohol (Both On & Off-Sales) from 11:00 until 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and from 11:00 until 00:00 Friday and Saturday; and (2) Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) from 23:00 until 00:00 Friday and Saturday. The opening hours of the premises will be from 11:00 until 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and from 11:00 until 00:00 Friday and Saturday. Subject to such conditions and non-standard timings as set out in full in the application. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 13 November 2025 giving the grounds for making said representation to Alcohol And Entertainment Licences, Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or by email to licensing@islington.gov.uk. The public register where applications can be viewed by members of the public can be access online by visiting www.islington.gov.uk and following the link to the public register.

It is an offence contrary to section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on conviction for such offence is unlimited.
